19th Sep., MMC all staffs started off at 7:30 am from office and arrived at East Huaqiao City training base. One day team quality training opened.
This training is mainly to train team tacit understanding, improve team cooperation ability continuous, make all realize the strong team power and use team power in the future among work.
Our CEO Liuwei said: "You can break one chopstick easily but you can't break many united pairs of chopsticks. We must unit together, and give our back to our team member without hesitate when needed. MMC is a team has it's own warmth. We give and get warmth each other."
Staffs finished the morning training successfully and had a full lunch to better join afternoon training.
After short break, staffs return back to training scene, commander brought staffs join afternoon activities.
Happy time always short, one day training has successfully finished, it isn't just brought MMC only a team game but also help MMC team improve team understanding, cooperation and introspection.
We believe this training will make MMC better because MMC staffs are full of hope when back to home. There is one day that MMC will rise like a star.
